Concrete Finish is an Italian product specifically designed for Australia's harsh weather conditions.
It is a lime-based material (cement free) with a high concentration of marble to dry hard over time whilst maintaining the benefits from the slaked lime, of mending itself which is ideal in case of capillarity. Due to the high demand in the New Zealand market Concrete Finish has been designed to deliver one of the highest yields in its field. In fact, just one bucket can make up to 14sqm (2 coats) and up to 28sqm (1 coat)!(flat/even surface)
No need to add colour or mixing powder and mostly importantly there is no wastage of product as is typical of powder/cement bags. It comes in a paste, already tinted(concrete) and therefore ready to apply! Suitable for interior and exterior use.

 DESCRIPTION

CONCRETE FINISH is a trowel-applied wall coating based on slaked lime putty finely filtered and seasoned for at least 6 months, marble dust and natural inert charges.

CONCRETE FINISH is suitable for decorative indoor – outdoor, wall surfaces. Perfectly stable over time, it ensures outstanding breathe through properties thanks to its excellent permeability to water vapour .

COLOR RANGE

Note: Advanced Spirito Libero recommends that our entire range of lime based natural materials is used only by highly skilled or licensed tradespeople with extensive experience in this field. It is the responsibility of the applicator to understand the application method and the procedure involved in order to obtain a satisfactory outcome. Advanced Spirito Libero recomends that architects, builders and clients appoint only experienced applicators in the relevant lime-based materials to ensure they'll be able to deliver the same finish as per the sample shown.

As with any lime-based material this product may change the appearance over time due to the ageing process caused by weather conditions"
To slow down this process the use of siloxane impregnating sealer is recomended over time.

For exteriors please protect treated surfaces from raining during application and for the time required to allow product to fully harden (48h), fail to do so, some trace of efflorescence might appear and no warranty will be applied.

Ensure that a sufficient quantity of the same batch is available to complete the entire job or at least to complete whole sections that will not reveal differences in shade.

Advanced Spirito Libero provides no warranty expressed or implied against damage due to movement of the substrate structure.

Following the Australian Building Code we do not suggest the installation of this product inside the shower area.

APPLICATION:

Option1

FIRST COAT

Product: CONCRETE FINISH

Apply 1 coat evenly with a venetian plaster trowel.

SECOND COAT

Product:     CONCRETE FINISH

Proceed when the first coat is dry, being careful to apply it evenly by pressing and smoothing it, to create a flat surface without creases.

When the surface is still wet spray mist water (be careful of water dropping) and smooth it until you’ve flatten the surface.

When the surface is drying start the polishing. The smooth surface is the result of  pressing the steel blade to the coating surface.
